It takes time to plan our sessions together and prepare for group programming. Thank you for respecting these policies, which are in place to support your experience.

Individual Psychotherapy
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.
One-off Group Programs
Registration that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee.
Multi-session Groups
Registration cancelled more than 24 hours before the group begins will be refunded.
Registration cancelled less than 24 hours before the group begins will be charged 50% of the registration fee.
Once the group begins, the full fee will be charged. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions.

Mae & You Art Therapy is committed to providing a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment for all participants.
Mae & You Art Therapy upholds a no-tolerance policy towards harassment.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination [related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion].
Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
Photography or recording without consent
Sustained disruption of workshops
Inappropriate or unwanted physical contact
Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviour
Mae & You Art Therapy reserves the right to determine if action needs to be taken to maintain a welcoming and respectful space for all participants. This may include issuing a warning or, if necessary, immediate removal from a workshop or online community.

All images and videos of art and participants from therapeutic art groups have received consent to be shared.
Please report any suspicious activity to me in the rare case someone has made a fake duplicate account and is impersonating me.
If you are interested in Art Psychotherapy or Therapeutic Art facilitation, I would love to hear from you! I don’t update or monitor my social media accounts with regularity, though.
